I would like a website. How much does it cost?
There are two very affordable plans to choose from.
• The annual plan is $200 per year. That's less than 55 cents per day!!!
• The monthly plan is $50 for the first month, then $20 per month afterwards.
• Both plans include set up, domain registration and hosting fees. There are no hidden costs or fees.

I just paid for my plan. Why is my site not online?
Unfortunately, this is not instantaneous. Once we receive your payment, we have to register your domain and set up your website. Please allow 7-10 days, and your website will be online as soon as possible.

I clicked on a banner ad, and saw a site that did not match your template. How do I get a site like that?
Boone Multimedia has been creating websites since 1996 and worked with over 200 clients before building this Website Creator. Some of our clients have been professional athletes and musicians, radio personalities, real estate professionals, etc. Some of our sites have been quite large, including one that has a forum with over 19,000 members and another that has a huge database with over 70,000 entries. The Website Creator was designed to create a simple and affordable website option for you, but you are not limited to it. Boone Multimedia can build you a personalized website that is not part of the Website Creator template. Contact us to discuss your design and costs.

How do I make changes to my website?

I’m having trouble uploading an image. What’s the problem?
It’s possible that your image is not the correct format, or too large. Your image MUST be in JPG format. If you’re trying to upload a very large image, try reducing the size of the image and upload it again.

Do I have to have my address shown on my map?
No, not at all. You will need to have at least the city and state, but the exact address and your zip code can be left blank. We suggest you do not show your full address if you are a small business run from your home.

How many photos can I upload to my gallery?
Currently, we are allowing up to 50 photos.

I referred a new website last week. Why didn’t I receive my commission?
If the website was referred through the “Request A Site” link on your page, or if your name was given as a referrer, you will receive your commission. Please allow 30 days from the time the website goes online for processing.

I can’t create a banner or logo. Can you create one for me?
Absolutely! We can create a print-ready logo that can be used not only on your website, but your business cards, letterhead, advertising, etc. We can also create your banner for you as well. Please contact us for details and costs.

Something’s not working right. How do I let you know?
We are notified automatically if there is ever a “500 Error” message (internal server error) on your site. However, we’d still love to hear from you. Please visit our www.ronnieboone.com site and click the “Contact Us” link. Let us know what page you received the error message on, and what you may have been doing when you received the message. The more information we have about the error, the easier it will be to locate the problem.
